2nd quest, Kilroy Stonekin's Punch-Out Extravaganza! is repeatable, this i know, however

if i compleat (The Throwdown in a Norn Town, 3rd quest) to get the (Thunderfist's Brass Knuckles ) will the 2nd quest still be repeatable

and can you (the helper) go into detail about about my questions

will the 2nd quest still be repaetable after the 3rd quest is compleated

Yes, if you complete his Punch Out Extravaganza, and then his Throwdown in Norn Town to win his customisable brass knuckles, you can still switch districts and repeat Punch Out Extravanaganza again as many times as you like.

Many people do this, customise the brass knuckles with furious, sundering or fiery dagger tangs and find it easier to repeat the Punch-Out quest with the better weapon.
